HOW DO WRINKLES DEVELOP?
- Wrinkles occur as the result of repeated assaults from excesses, pollution, fatigue, stress and some toxins absorbed throughout our lives (caffeine, nicotine etc.)
- In response to these assaults the skin deteriorates, as the collagen and hyaluronic acid which form the basis of the structure of the dermis, rarify (become thinner).
- Rarefaction of hyaluronic acid is a fundamental factor in the development of wrinkles, as hyaluronic acid plays an essential role in hydration of the skin, making it smoother.
- Over the months and years, the first small wrinkles increase and transform into deep fur rows… the stage at which the question of appropriate treatment for skin aging arises.
